It's been cold here in southern OK. Yes, I know "cold" is realtive. This morning it's 28 degrees and a slight mist that's freezing when it hits something. It's supposed to go up into the 50s this afternoon, but that's doubtful if the clouds don't break. We're expecting a dry, comfortable Christmas holiday.

We got a lot of snow. Hardly ever gets above zero.

We had a heat wave yesterday, we got to 3 above. :lol2: :banana:
Between the cold and wind chill it has been extremely cold here. Coldest was -28, not counting the windchill.

We couldn't imagine how cold it can get in the US or Canada. Even our coldest area wouldn't match yours. Australians shake and shiver when there's about 2 inches of snow let alone a few feet. Supposed to be about 28 degrees celcius here today,which is reasonably warm. Might get a thunder storm. There's a cyclone up off the Western Australian coast giving that area plenty of rain. There will possibly be another one forming over the Northern Territory near the Gulf of Carpentaria. There's been a great start to the wet season up north. We are having the best season for 20+ years at our place.
