How?

Help Support CattleToday:

> How do I know if I am ready to

Not enough information to answer this question. Your age, riding experience, facilities to keep and care for a horse, and lot of other issues. Your cash in bank account. These and other important factors, etc. :)

Make a list of all the things you would do with your horse. Put the fun things on one side of a page and the things that are just work on the other. If the fun side is longer than the work side, you are not ready for a horse. When you are ready for a horse, what you are going to do for him will be more important to you than what he will do for you. Horses cannot do anything for themselves. It takes a lot of work to keep them happy, and you will only be happy with your horse, if he is happy with you.
