Just got one of those cone hay saver feeders. They work great but how do you move them without damaging the feeder. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Depends on which one you got. I have the J and L Haysavers and they must weight at least 1000 lb. I moved them with the hay spike ,but shortly afterwards the spike broke. I now move them with a pallet fork and that works great. If you have a light one, then the spike will work.

Thanks for the information. This hay saver weights around 500 lbs. Someone suggested putting a pipe over the middle spear that would go to the other end of the hay saver and than chaining the hay saver to the foundation of the hay spear.
