How to feed brewers malt????

I have just started to feed wet brewers malt to my cattle. A few of my cows love it, the majority wont touch it. I currently am mixing molasses in it to make it more palatable. I lay it on top of dry hay. For the calves in a crib it is placed in their grain manger. Funny thing, one set of calves wont eat it, another set, same age eat it great in a second crib.

I would like to know others experience and how they feed it.
