I dunno..I'm pretty far South and hurt like hades. You know that if you moved south those old bones won't hurt as bad.
Maybe you need to catch someone coming across the border and confiscate their pain meds.I dunno..I'm pretty far South and hurt like hades.
I'd have to hide behind a mesquite and trip 'em with my cane and hope they don't crawl too fast. Too old to start new habits anyway.Maybe you need to catch someone coming across the border and confiscate their pain meds.
I had one in my 1960 Ford Falcon. I was really up town. Lot's of cars didn't have air conditioning. As a kid we had a second hand 1956 Chrysler New Yorker that had factory air behind the back set with vents coming up inside the back windshield. Later on a local stockcar guy bought the car for the Hemi engine. It sounds like there are a few people here who are too young to remember the after market AC you could buy for vehicles back around the late 60's.
That car really ran and was so smooth you didn't notice how fast it was going. Shiney Black with Chrome trim all over, it was a good looking car. Those old New Yorkers and especially the Imperials were highly sought after for demolition derby cars.
Lots of events banned the Imperials from even entering after a while.
I remember when I was 52…thought I was 53 till a few weeks before my 53rd.I was born in 1970. So 52 but feel like 75.

A guy I worked with kept telling people he was 53. I finally asked him how that could be. I was 4 weeks older than him and I was 52.I remember when I was 52…thought I was 53 till a few weeks before my 53rd
That was when Ford made real truck. I had a 76 F250 4x4. Loved that truck
I had a '76 ford 250. Wasn't a 4x4 but was a hunk of junk....was towed off the place in '81.That was when Ford made real truck. I had a 76 F250 4x4. Loved that truck
Seems strange things start happening to you around that age. The time warp to 65 is mystifying too.A guy I worked with kept telling people he was 53. I finally asked him how that could be. I was 4 weeks older than him and I was 52.
