I don't remember, but I've seen a chart on animal speeds in a farmers almanac once. They had listings from dogs, cats, deer, cows, humans, ect...
Just about all common animals.

My tractor goes about 15 MPH and that seems to be close to what they can do. But I've seen 300 lb calves run faster coming out of the roping chute. Just a little slower than a fast horse.

They can run whole lot faster than a human, which from time to time has made me awfully proud to have a tree, windmill or lot fence handy.

I've had my four wheeler lined out behind a few, I guarantee they can get up to at least 30 mph.

dont know the average speed,but have had a insane angus heifer who was in season run past me on a motorbike at 40klms and still have time to knock me off and keep going.
