He stands on the north side of the road with his head cocked a certain way, testing the air for a cow. But it's unlikely he'll find one, it's 22 feet to the tip of his horn and this bull is made out of solid steel

I think if I were going to go through that much effort I'd have exaggerated the scrotal circumference quite a bit more. If you're going to that much trouble to make a bull, why not make him a BULL!
