Hot weather in Australia

The weather is hot here in our state. Yesterday temps were up to 44/45 C,bushfires about but all under control thankfully.
We had 34C which is warmish for us up in the mountains.
We need rain again,the grass is drying out after the hot days. Not much sign of a storm for a few days.

been unseasonably warm here for this time of year. hit almost 40F one day. been averaging about 34F. and no snow to speak of. :?

Regular heat wave up here too...40 degrees, melted all the snow and have six inches of mud, ground still frozen underneath. Need to blade some off today and regrade the drainage. DMc

The Weather Channel showed a white Christmas in Sydney today. Of course the "white" was sand on the beach with lots of people swimming and sunbathing!
