Horn like material coming from show steer

I have a Angus cross show steer. He is about 900 pounds and he has bumps all over his body. At first we thought it was warts but since giving the vaccine on October 13th, this bumps have since multiplied and gotten larger. They are hard until they get wet and they they soften up and you can scrape some of them off. His skin is tender to the touch and when they are scraped off, he is left bleeding. Any suggestions? We have called local vets and they seem to be unsure as well. [image][/image]

My bet too. Had three cows come down with it during a very rainy period. I was advised to give two rounds of LA 300 and a dry environment. Stuff cleared up fairly quickly, but none of them had it this bad. Hope you get it cleared up.
