holstien calves

Quick question should I sell weaning age calves say 2-300 pounds (11 to 12 weeks old,im weaning at 10 weeks) or wait til they get up to 4-500 pounds. I planning on selling at 400 but by the time I feed them to 400 I could come out as good selling early. What do y'all think?

The twins were born early August, photo taken mid-December. They're all around the same age, the Jersey will be the oldest born 27 July.
