Holstein steer

Here is a picture of my 7 month old Holstein steer. Bought him back in December as a baby calf for $15 and he weighed 50 pounds. Now he weighs around 550 pounds. Kinda just wanted to try posting a picture and see what people thought of him.

looks like a perty decent calf got a bit short tail but other than that he good

Im happy with him for $15. Make a lot of profit when he's finished if prices stay high.

Here is another one. Bought for $75 weighed 80 pounds when I bought him in December 2013, now weighs 600-650 pounds.

Fed right they both ought to taste good. Some 500lb Steins brought up near $2.00 here on Monday. Some other lighter rougher ones were in the $1.70's.

this last week we had 500 steins bring close to 2.20 never seen steins bring so much

Feed prices coming down....folks can afford to pay a little more for the calf.
