Herford Certified Steaks

Last night was at a restaurant in Gulf Shores that had all Certified Herford, never have seen that but they were good. All you Herford breeders should like that program.

Lowes here in the Carolinas used to advertise Hereford beef----hadn't noticed it lately, come to think !! :cowboy:

I believe it's the Cattleman's Steak House in Ft Worth that sells Hereford beef. I've eaten there, it was very good.

Never asked them what it was but if it was Herford it was "very good". ;-)

Sunset Cork Room. Its Northeast of the corner of 59 and 180, the food was good but I thought the selection was a little small.
