Can someone tell me what the symptoms are in cattle that have hemophilus somnus. I have <br>looked in several cattle disease books and have found very little. Also can this be spread by cattle drinking from ponds. Thanks

That's one of the bacteria that causes pneumonia. Cattle generally have the bacteria in their upper respiratory tract, but when they get stressed, especially calves bawling, it gets down into their lower respiratory tract (lungs) and causes pneumonia. <p>: Can someone tell me what the symptoms are in cattle that have hemophilus somnus.
