Friend was gonna name his kid "Ulysses"...Wife put her foot down,reminding him of 3rd grade humor,which would have doomed the kid into being "Useless" for the rest of his life... They settled on Samual Thomas-aka-SamTom.
You gotta remember boys and what they think is funny.

How about Howdy? A boy that went to school with my oldest was nicknamed that and I doubt most people know his real name today. I always liked it myself.
