heifers weight

I have a year old heifer out of a baldie cow/angus bull and she seem small when I compare her size to others her age or even 6 or 7 months old. At 1 year old she weighs approximately 350 lbs. Is this normal in baldies. The cow is 7 years old and in excellent health. Is there such a thing as a runt in cattle? Thank for the info.

Since a calf should wean at around 500 lbs at 7 months this girl is obviously way to small. Sometimes you get a runt, but I would look at some other problem. Actaully I wouldn't bother trying to figure out the problem and would just have her grow wheels.
