Have you seen the picture that was on newspapers around the world of the firefighter giving a Koala a drink from a bottle and his hand. The firefighter has been on TV telling his story.
Thats a good news story. There must have been countless numbers of native animals killed in the fires. The birds are just coming back now.

Yeah, Sam has been all over the news here. They are so cute, but I hear they are nasty tempered. That one must have been desperate for water to take it from that guy. Her little paws all bandaged up! What a sweetie.
