What they haven't fully said is that it was a completely unintentional mistake.
I'm certain that it is not as simple as one employee accidentally pushing one easily accessible button as they've
made it sound. Bet there is going to be a lot of questions asked behind the scenes of the employees involved.

3 out of work and 1 employee suspended

One supervisor resigned the next day, before the investigation started.
A 2nd supervisor and employee were fired yesterday and a 2nd employee received a temporary suspension without pay.

But, I'm glad there was some fallout from this 'mistake'. Could have been a lot worse. Panic could have ensued, people injured or killed.
