She has white foam coming from her mouth and nose, he think it my pneumonia. I told him I would post the question here to see if I could get some feed back

Frothy bloat maybe shouldn't be unless it's on real rich feed.
You can check the temperature to rule out pneomiona. Temperature would be high.
Rabies maybe.
Where are ya'll located?

What @SBMF 2015 said. Take her temp; normal is 101.5. If I suspect pneumonia, I look for coughing, snotty nose, watery eyes, droopy ear(s), not eating/drinking right, generally a little separated from the herd, trouble breathing. Foam is never a good thing. Will absolutely need a RX for appropriate antibiotics if your friend doesn't already have something specifically for respiratory like Draxxin, Resflor Gold, Nuflor, Baytril, Zuprevo, etc.

Had a heifer this morning with a foamy mouth. Few hours later she gave birth.

We are in Texas. This same cow got pneumonia last year and it's why he thought a repeat , thanks everyone I'll relay these messages
