Has anyone heard of a breed called the Drovian?

I've heard of this breed called Drovian. I think its a russian breed but I havn't been able to find any information on it. if you know anything about it or know some websites I could look that would be great.

they are russian warmblood trotters, but that's as far as my knowledge goes.
