I have found that the ends of a barbwire spool are real handy for hanging stuff. I bend one of the sides into a hook then slide the one opposite it into the grooves ofa polebarn type bilding with the other 2 resting on the top of a purlon.

we took old valbasen drenches[the metal parts] and nailed them up. make great halter hooks. and hose hooks too.
