I need to buy a rechargeable hammer drill. Do only need it ever so often so a Hiliti because of price is out.
Experience with any that anyone would recommend.
 
Depending on how serious you are about drilling, We have a Makita drill with hammer mode.. It's OK for smaller stuff.. I'd go corded for most hammer drilling jobs though, it really eats power.. Pawn shops usually have them for a decent price.
 
I have a Dewalt 20V, I can't compare it to the others because I haven't tried them, but it seems to work really well. I used it with a masonry bit and drilled a bunch of anchors into old concrete to attach stock waterers and it did everything I hoped it would in no time flat.

I'd go dewalt as well! See a lot of them in the masonry and concrete businesses around here
 
dewalt 3 speed hammer drill here.. so nice.. so heavy duty.. very powerful.

used it to drill many hours in cement.
