how do u get ur animal to grow a lot of hair in a warmer climate that is usually in the 60-70s degree weather

rinse the calf completely, twice a day. Make sure you get the belly area. This does make a difference.
Also use a daily hair care. Also a good supplement can't hurt. If you can, during the day keep a fan on the calf. Some use a cool room, but a fan and rinseing will work. But if you are not starting with a breed that has hair, don't expect much.

Like the apove poster said, rinse twice a day. Belly and LEGS too. We go one at about noon and one just before dusk.
Brush the hair the way you want it.
Tie up in front of fans untill dry (two fans per heifer works for us)(this also alows for time to teach a stubbern heifer to hold her head up)
Brush again. Add some Sullivans Revive, Double Dip, Kleen Sheen or the countless other hair conditioners out there once a day.(or as recomended on product)
Keep your calf out of the sun as much as possible. If possible, let all outside time be at night.

wash down early morning and later in the afternoon, keep your steer cool, on real hot days try and keep him out of the sun, I would not suggest show products until day of show because of the skin drying out.

Check out your feed, some feeds have oats in them...oats warm the body up. try a cooler feed like barley..it may not make them grow more hair, but it does help keep it on there for longer time in a warmer climate.
