132 days old, giving say, an 85lb birth weight, then gaining 3lbs/day from there, which is generous to say the least, would make him 481. For being that young, I can't see him being that heavy though. But he is a mighty powerful calf.

Nice boy. What breed is he?

He is a Limousin. Sire is MAGS Kaboom, MGS is ROMN Justice.

He is 7 months old now. Got him off of mama. Hope we find him a new home soon. Gentle as can be, just like his mama. Very easy to halter break.

I'll post his weight a little later and his weaning weight.

Had a 85# calf this spring...sooo judging by the pic and our steer calf, my guess is 563# when the pic was taken.

OK, HOSS, I guess you win the prize. He weighed 494 pounds in this picture (132 days).

His 205 day adjusted weight was 764. Looks a lot blacker now than in the posted picture.
