I'm new to growing anything, to be honest. More than roses in my garden I've never dealt with plants of any sort. Now the lady wants to grow our own vegetables, some tomatoes, eggplants, cucumbers, the basics I guess. What I want to know is, if I grow these in a greenhouse, it's about 8' x 10', are there specific conditions I should keep in it?

There are general guidelines when it comes to temperature and humidity for the greenhouse. As I know of, the differences in crops aren't that great that you'll need to section the greenhouse to create different conditions for different vegetables, but I could be mistaken here. I'll leave you some sources I found when I was looking for intel on how to grow tomatoes, it's the only harvest I have in the greenhouse. I use a dehumidifier cause it gets very moist inside and high humidity damages, and the temperature is actually fine as it is because of the local climate. I do have a thermometer inside to check that everything's ok though, if temperatures ever go over 76 degrees Fahrenheit, I move the cooler from inside there to circulate the air and help the heat disperse a bit. Other than that, there's not much you need to do when it comes to creating growth conditions I guess.

Yeah lots of airflow keep the air moving and space between plants to stop powdery mildew. C02 needs to be around 300ppm. Alot easier to grow in open air in the summer time and green houses when weather is harsh. What is your reason for wanting to grow in a green house?

This is how we did our garden. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Nobody taught me how to garden just did the "dang thing". Right or wrong we did something. 😝😎🥳 Live and learn all I can say about that. 🤨😁🤡🙈🙉🙊

Best part were I'm like screw it and just throw handfuls of seeds out. 🤦🏽‍♀️🙇🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️ We tilled it last week waited to long to put the seeds in the dirt got to hard. Between the rains and good time to plant and having time to do it we just now getting it out. Hey better now than never right. 😁🤣🙈🙉🙊 Not everyone can be perfect and on time. 😉🤡

Fall gardens are less likely to be bothered by insects, in my observation.
