Several of you warned me! With Grit's Bloodline as Doc posted, # 15544196,(Angus) he was going to have all kind of genetic problems. This is his first registered calf. He is right at 3 months old in the picture.
I followed him in the mud around the middle of February, and everytime he stopped, he had that left back leg as far back as it would go, and both right legs close enough he could have been standing on a bucket. I then realized that each time he stopped and did this, he was curling around; so he must be a "Curly calf." He finally got the right side loosened up and I took another picture. It was so hard to walk in the mud following him, without scaring him to death, keeping my boots on; not falling over face first with my camera.
Tarzan, I would tell you to throw stones, but it looks like you are going to have to just sling mud!!
