Grazing land price

There is a 217 acre ranch that just went up for lease near O'neals, CA, and im not sure what the average price per acre for the whole year is in that area. Can anyone give me an idea of what price I should bid in?

Usda has a website that tells average pasture rent by counties. Maybe someone can provide a link. its something like nass.gov.com

The price you pay would depend on whether you want a profit or loss operation, if you want a profit operation you will need figure what your product will be farming or livestock , what you operating expenses will be , what profit after operating expense. If any profit it will be applied to lease. Then you will decide if it will be worthwhile for you to pursue the operation.
