Grass mixture

Trying to improve pasture for grazing. Does this sound right for a mixture?
Fescue
Orchard Grass
Lespedez

I was also considering adding some rye for winter grazing. Is their a chance it would shadow my fescue and slow growth?

THE GREATER PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN GRAZING THE RYE THE CATTLE WILL BE HARD ON THE NEW GRASS SEEDLINGS GRAZING THEM BEFOR GOOD ROOT ESTABLISHMENT WILL CAUSED THEM TO BE PULLED UP AND WILL STRESS THEM.

How long before I should graze. I have two 10 acre plots I was going to seed. I can rotate them out every so often if it would help.
