Consider graining her for 30 to 60 days. Start with 2 or 3 pounds of grain and increase the amount by a pound every 3 days as long as she is tolerating the grain ok. I feed up to a total of 1% of the cow's weight per day, working up to it gradually.

Doing it this way would take about 3 weeks to just work up to full feed. I like to see the animal on full feed at least another 3 or 4 weeks.

Some of it will depend on her condition and breed, as well.

At 750 pounds, she needs at least 250 more, at 2.5/day gain thats 100 days... just about right. Work her onto grain as Linda suggested then take her to 15 pounds a day for the last 30.
