grain amount to feed

I currently have 10 calves in the process of weaning I am going to feed till spring before I sell. How much grain would I need to feed per calf per day to maximize weight gain. I'll be feeding a local feed mill mix of 14% feed.

Along with decent quality hay, good quality hay would be better, we ramp them up ever a couple of weeks to about 2% of their body weight.
