Here's my new little orphan bull calf. His mom lived about a week after calving. Vet came out after he was born and checked them out and said he thought she had a fractured hip. Gave her some banamine and said nothing he could do. She fought it as long as she could and finally got to where she couldn't get up. Vet came back out and said the most humane thing to do was put her down. I guess it is always one of the favorites that you lose. He took right to the bottle, which kinda surprised me. He is doing well and full of spunk. Just thought I'd share with you all.
