Yes, unless it's contaminated pipe. We're having more corner posts/fences installed and good pipe is $$$$. But we've also hauled what appeared to be good pipe to the dump. Can you have it tested?

No it's new structural reject. No splits though.
23/8 about ss80 or better. The ends look funny were it was cut with a chopsaw.
