glacier chateau

Do any red angus breeders have experience with glacier chateau. Also Beiber virile. Would they be safe on heifers.

We have used Chateau on heifers with nice results. The cattle are attractive phenotypically....and come with some style. We have liked the daughters very well and I was impressed with Melvin Leland's herd (home of Chateau) of Chateau daughters....udders were very nice. If I could change anything about his calves...I'd like to put a little more rib shape in them as well as deeper flanked.

Good question Ollie. I have probably close to a hundred progeny and I'm going to say the majority have been very sound. We do have a three year old cow here that we were evaluating for a donor prospect and held off of using her because of a curled in toes on her front feet. Sooooo, all of that said....I can't give you a 100% assurance on the feet.
