As listed before I have a year old heifer that we nursed back from a bad case of anemia caused by anaplasmosis. She is up and down on her own and we are planning to move her to a smaller pasture where we can still watch her but give her a little more freedom then the 20x20 pen she has been in. Does anyone think I could keep her and raise a calf or two? She is very friendly and sort of a pet but we will get rid of her if we have to. Thanks for any answers.
