I have searched on the internet but nothing about corn . Cousin fixing to run 8-900 stockers on rye grass planted after corn . Corn spilled or lost during shelling has sprouted and with cold weather around the corner he was wondering . He is located in LA , that’s Lower Alabama for you Yankees 😜

Nitrate toxicity can be a problem with corn, but you're not going to have a problem just from some volunteer corn in the rye. They'll be fine.
