87 model Ford 2810 with 7410 loader. 3 Point still works fine. Have already replaced filter and checked fluid level. Loader lift has gotten slower each time I use it for past 5 times or so and now has almost stopped lifting and rolling in. It still drops and rolls out/dumps. When I replaced filter I found a chewed up 1 inch long piece of red rubber about the size of a worm. Figured it was an o-ring from somewhere. But where. Should I just dive into the joystick?

On my older Kubota the suction line that goes in and out of the filter before going into the pump is only sealed by O rings. I just had to replace them recently as they were letting a bit of air in.

If the joystick supply comes from the rear remotes and they happen to be the deluxe style, make sure the aluminum cartridge inserts haven't started to unscrew and back out.
