To start this story I turned 67 about two weeks ago.
... a good looking young gal (about 30) had run out of gas up the canyon.
She asked if I would like to go back down there and spend a little time with her.
Now that I am old and turning grey... I still have it...
Dave, I hate to burst your bubble and I'm sure you felt a nice ego boost... but you cut her off...
before she got around to talking price.
Believe what you want, but I've been around long enough to know when it comes to older men and younger women...
there's no fool like and old fool.

To those wondering, yes I told my wife. She says I came home with a be nice eating grin. As I said I have had a lot of fun with it. The next day at the steak feed I told all the local ranchers and cowboys. I asked if this sort of thing happened often up the canyon? The wife said she wouldn't take this away from me as it made me feel good about myself.
Good thing you bought that big spread,,the way your threads are going.. That big head gonna need all the space it can get :lol2:

It's a good thing you didn't do anything in this age of #metoo.

Say what???? What would she do to me? Destroy my career as a retired person? Ruin my reputation with all the ranchers and cowboys in the area? The only thing she could have done would relate to my marriage. And I am not about to do that to my wife or myself.
I was single the vast majority of my adult life. I was 38 when I got married the first time. I have more than sowed my wild oats. She had absolutely nothing to offer me. Saying no was more than easy, it was automatic. But it is still a boost to the ego.
What you're trying to say Dave is that both of you understood she was in no danger. :lol2: :lol2: :hide:

Dave might be an exception but for 99.9999 percent of guys over 65, the line about "I have a thing for older men" or "I just love the silver wings" is fishing bait.

I worked with a tall, handsome guy we called "the silver fox". He was about 66. Single, had his own plane, ready to retire, etc. He told us when the girls hit on him, he told them to give him an hour. He said it takes that long for the viagra to kick in.
