"football" size enlarged area of dewlap of cow

I have a bwf cow that has an swollen area at the bottom of the dewlap that is about like a football. Any ideas of what this may be. I live in N Ms and the cow is about 5 years old and otherwise healthy looking.
I don't know how to submit a photo but will try with some instructions. thanks
