I have a high header feeder who managed to worry himself into a bad case of foot rot. After several treatments he was coming around. Now after a couple weeks, he is using that foot a little but still limping. Should I go back to the antibiotics or may there be some internal damage?

Could be unreparable damage. With foot rot, if they aren;t 100% within about 3 days I hit them again with a stronger antibiotic.

Can you tell if the hoof is rotting or punctured? In which case I would trim it & coat with Kopertox. And no rock or stick stuck in there somewhere? If we don't see results with LA 300 we re-treat with Draxxin & Sustain III.

Couple years ago we had poor Steamroller in the chute twice before we finally dug around with a skinny flat-head screwdriver & popped out a rock that looked like a small arrowhead. Bless her heart, she practically went limp with relief. No wonder she didn't heal.
