For killing liver flukes you can either drench with Valbazen and subQ inject with IvomecPlus. Valbazen is cheaper but it is a good idea to rotate wormers, as you apparently do. Some years ago my vet told me of another fluke killer that he mixes in with Synanthic, dut dammed if I can remember what it was.
