Fish silage to be used to feed livestock

A fish silage for feeding livestock is next in line to be commercialised from processed fish offal. United Fisheries recently introduced two liquid fish fertilisers and researchers at Lincoln university are currently working with fish silage in a 50-50 project in partneship with Seafood Innovation.

Well I guess the native Americans used fish parts as fertilizer, so that should work especially for organic farmers I guess. Not sure about the silage thing though, dont know if the cattle will eat that, something seems a little "fishy" bout that lol.

I can see it now, fish flavored milk !!!
Not impossible, I had a family member who got a truck load of cull cabage from the processing plant for cattle feed. I guess the milk tasted like cabage for a long time..
