First Time Farmer FSA Loan

When it comes to farming and especially getting started in farming, can anyone argue that a woman, normally speaking, isn't disadvantaged? Just walking into a bank they are eyed differently than men. A little harder to be taken seriously? How about a female newbie at the sales yard?

The FSA loan program is supposed to help the most needy to help create a sophisticated and financially sound operations. Personally, having more women in the business would be an improvement. In trade for paying one third of the normal interest rate, they can call me anything they want as long as they give me the loan. :hide:
