First calf

Bought some bred heifers a few weeks ago. Were suppose to start calving Nov 2 got the first calve Nov 10 so not to bad. The heifer jumped the fence went into the pine thicket behind the house and had the calve last night. Found them this morning everything was fine. A couple days ago had one of the heifers go into labor, the calf was head first, we had to pull. The calf was premature. No hair and dead. 11 more fall calving heifers then on to the cows in the springs. :help:

Had two more calves born this morning. No problems! Nine more to calve.
