First Calf

Well we had our first calf from my new Simmental bull today. The mama is one I raised off of a commercial cow and my angus bull. Other than a little too much chrome for my liking, the bull calf is built pretty good.

Nice pair! I kinda like the chrome myself, although I usually wish for heifer like that, not bulls. of course, things rarely work out exactly how you want them

I agree- a little too much chrome. I don't like them to have white around the eyes. Otherwise looks good
