That looks interesting but DNR in our state looks unfriendly upon burning stryrofoam. BTW it sure is a lot drier in your area than here. We still have 12-15" of snow on the ground.
 
DNR probably doesn't like stryrofoam being burned here either- I never asked them. Not as dry here as it looks.
 
Those things sure put off a lot of heat, I burn them in the wood stove. One of the best fire starters I've found in the wood stove is plastic strings off of round bales.
 
I have bunch of netting from round bales I was gonna get and start a fire with it but every time I go by the net pile I have too much junk in the back of the pickup to put it in there. It'd be a mass entanglement. Fire season's about over for me so I guess the netting will end up in the dumpster and get taken to the landfill.
