Finishing 2 cull cows

I probably should have listed this on the feedlot board but it doesnt seem to get many posts. I have 2 3-year old cull cows I would like to feed out. They are about 900-1000 lb. each. Any recommendations on what, how much, and how long? I will start weaning their calves today (and feeding the calves out next year). They have been eating pasture grass and an alfalfa/timothy hay mix. I would preffer not to keep them through winter as hay is mighty scarce up here in Wisconsin this year.
