Finding Bigfoot, moonshiners, ghost hunters, I must be dumb

I like a few of the reality shows. Notably Pawn Stars, American Pickers, Top Shot and Duck Dynasty. I know alot of it is staged but if it entertains me without getting crazy stupid I will watch it. I don't watch too much TV. I have a Kindle Fire and I read alot of western novels.

I watched this one a couple of times--too phoney. The early 'reality shows were "not bad" but everything else since is what I call "jumping the shark".

Black Gold is a reality-documentary television series that chronicles three oil drilling rigs in Andrews County, Texas, 30 miles northwest of Odessa. It is partly produced by Thom Beers, creator of Deadliest Catch and Ice Road Truckers.

I like Antiques Roadshow and the one that comes on afterwards--Market Warriors, but I think I could do a better job than they do at picking things that would sell well.
