Finally good rain

We had almost two inches of rain last night; still cloudy with occasional sprinkles. It was so good this morning to walk outside, take a deep breath, and not get lungs full of smoke. The last few days have been terrible. Closest fires to us were about seven miles, but with the winds we had Thursday, that's not far. I hope the firefighters have a restful Sunday. After what they've done this week, they deserve it.

We got the standard 1/10th we get when it decides to rain.

we had an inch thursday nite then a 1/4 this morning and has rained on and off all day haven't checked tis afternoon but would guess between a 1/4 and a 1/2

Glad ya'll got some relief from the fires
