Apparently inherited a couple cows from family (they sold their farm).
They haven't bothered to breed them in 3 or 4 years the cows all had calves every 10-11 months previously. They just kept as pets.

Can I expect issues if they are with rest of my herd and they get bred or should all be good?

Cows are all good shape middle aged

They should be good to go but it is not good for them to be idle for a few years like that they should be kept pregnant and lactating, that is what their bodies are designed for, keeps the attitude in their head better too or am I extrapolating too much from other species? I better say no more.

I have to agree that you might have trouble getting them bred once they are "idle " that long. But if they breed then hopefully their systems will "remember" what to do and you should be good to go. Good luck with them.
