Do black and white holstein females have horns?

For example, is this a cow or goat?

Its a cow and yes holstein cows can have horns.

That's a cow. The gender of the animal does not determine whether or not it has horns. Cows and bulls both have horns. Both male and female goats will have horns.

It looks pretty hefty for a Holstein, she must be getting lots of groceries.
