Excellent, that is exactly how I was taught many years ago. It gets to be a habit and doesn;t take any real conscious thought to do it. All that is missing is the clitoral message that we were taught following removal of the gun from the vagina. I don;t know how true/accuarte it is, but we were also taught to not mess around inside the uterus because it could disrupt the uterine contractions that helps to get the sperm into the horns.

Yep, and I looked at their other PDF's, also really good...

I requested they add one about preg checking, it would be right along the lines, and would be a really valuable one to have... And with good graphics it goes a long way.
